Strategy isn’t a 50-slide deck. It’s a skillset.

This Bootcamp is built around the 4 core strategy skills every team needs:

  1. Clarify goals so everyone knows what matters—and what to do next

  2. Understand constraints so you don’t waste time on strategies that were never possible

  3. Spot risks & opportunities before they sneak up or pass you by

  4. Use your unfair advantage so you can win where others can’t

Each week, we’ll give you simple tools, guided workshops, and hands-on practice applying these concepts to your real-world mission.

Spots are limited, get the tools, skills, and feedback to level up your thinking.

🎯 Is This for You?

The TSOE Bootcamp is for:

  • Entrepreneurs building or refining their strategy

  • Marketers tired of chasing tactics without direction

  • Team leaders who want to uplevel their team's strategic thinking for better alignment, not more meetings

  • Anyone who wants to uplevel their strategic thinking with practical, repeatable strategy tools

Week 1: Strategy Made Simple

Learn why most strategies fail and how to replace bloated decks with clear, actionable thinking. This session introduces the 4 essential strategic skills and how they work together.

💡 Hands-on: You’ll map your current strategy challenges and start building your personal strategy blueprint.

Week 2: Clarify Your Goals

Use the Hierarchy of Goals to connect your big-picture vision to day-to-day tasks. No more misalignment, vague goals, or “busy but not better” teams.

🛠 Hands-on: You’ll create a full goal stack using your own project or mission—from vision to tactics.

Week 3: Understand Your Constraints

Find what’s in your way—and what’s not.
Discover how written and unwritten rules, resource gaps, and people dynamics shape your strategy. Use the Constraints & Characters Map to work smarter, not just harder.

🧩 Hands-on: You’ll map your constraints and the characters influencing them using real scenarios from your work.

Week 4: Spot Risks & Opportunities

See around corners.
Learn to identify what could go wrong—and what could go really right. Map and prioritize risks and opportunities so you can take bold action with confidence.

🔍 Hands-on: You’ll run your own risk/opportunity mapping session using your project as the test case.

Week 5: Use Your Unfair Advantage

Play to your edge—on purpose.
Use the Advantage Mirror to uncover what sets you apart. Turn personal and team strengths into leverage, and learn how to win where others can’t.

💥 Hands-on: You’ll complete the Advantage Mirror and use it to reframe your approach to strategy and competition.

Week 6: Apply It All to Your Mission

Tie it all together.
Bring all four skills into a strategy that fits your real-world mission. Whether it’s a launch, a pivot, or a new idea—you’ll walk away with a plan you can actually use.

📦 Hands-on: You’ll apply all the tools to a real project and get feedback in a collaborative strategy workshop.
